@17:30-.-Couldn't this also be said for photography? Like, I don't think it's controversial to say that it's more impressive to make a photorealistic paid team than it is to take a national photograph, but no one's going to say that photographers aren't real artists for that. What did messing with the settings and prompts for an AI be analogous to messing with the settings and lenses of a camera? I want to clarify then I'm not saying generating AI images is identical to photography, but since your counter argument would seem to equally apply to photography, I believe it to be a valid analogy on this point. I also anticipate your proposed meaningful difference it's going to come from your argument for why it is "theft", but it's an hour and a half long video, so I'm going to continue to point out flaws I notice as I stubble upon them. Frankly: if you're going to rely on a point that won't make any sense until what seems like the second half of your 1 and 1/2 hour-long video then your formatting is flawed. I'm being charitable and assuming you'll explain this talking point you keep bringing up later, but I frankly shouldn't have to do that, and you probably should have done the other video first so that what you're saying wouldn't come off as non-sequiturs.
