This entire video is garbage. How dumb are people to think that driving a truck can be automated, but a flying a plane, something that is inherently more controlled and predictable still has to have pilots in the seat? And keep in mind that almost every commercial flight is largely flown by computers. Trains are similar to this as well.. As far as I know, freight and passenger trains still have conductors, and they literally run on rails in a closed loop. Only a moron would think that driving, something that is done in a largely uncontrolled and unpredictable environment, could be fully automated. At best, all you would get would be shit like lane assistance and a basic autopilot system. Too many variables compared to either rail or air travel.
Newsflash to everybody freaking out in the comments here: if a $200 million dollar flying tube, with multi-million dollar guidance systems, with hundreds of lives on board flying through a tightly regulated airspace can't be automated, a truck will, never, ever be automated. This tech is a borderline scam at best and this channel is lying to everybody with this vid. As long as pilots and train conductors exist, truck drivers will exist.
