Dude, you are drinking the Kool-aid, believing the hype. I've unsubscribed. A senior leader in HR at Amazon who recently left admitted why they are laying people off. The overhired in 2019/2020 and doubled in size. They are no longer efficient. They are not adapting to market changes well. The profit per employ dropped and was sliding down before AI arrived. Amazon is not unique in this. The Gartner Hype Cycle for AI has not peaked yet. It will soon. I'm a software developer. A senior one. I use AI to help with boilerplate BUT it still gets things wrong. I'd never trust it to write code without review.
