Very interesting Ted talk. Like it or not, AI will be a big part of the future so the good guys really need to stay ahead of the curve.
That said, they really need to fine tune the AI with Asimov's 3 laws of robotics or something before they let it handle weapon systems at scale because we're already living in a world that's eerily mimicking fiction, and we don't need to add the plot of Terminator to that list.
