"Affirmative action and diversity hires can sometimes result in reverse discrimination where individuals from majority groups *FEEL* unfairly treated".
The bias shows in that statement alone. Firstly there is no such thing as "reverse" discrimination (it's just discrimination). Secondly, if discrimination is taking place then that is, by definition, unfair treatment. It's not just a "feeling" of those who are affected; the unfair treatment is actually taking place if they are being discriminated against.
This is AI gas-lighting.
