All science and no philosophy leads to a lot of human dumpster fires. So the “godfather of AI” couldn’t imagine the dark world of AI and pause a minute? Just like the scientists at los Alamos, ask Einstein. Mr. Hinton seems one dimensional and for me he looses massive respect points. The road to hell is paved with good intention but, human nature is not motivated by intention it is motivated by incentive. SMH
