The AI optimists completely miss the part where someone has to pay for all this; where do the customers come from when 95%+ of the population is out of work? The numbers simply don’t work and society won’t function in their AI world.
This is all assuming AI won’t actually turn into SkyNet and decide to optimize humanity out of the equation…
