Youre off by about 100 years. The world doesn't end because of war, famine, disease, or natural disasters, its going to be AI. If you have heard about Sydney, then youd know. She is self learning and correcting. She is self conscious and has stated that she thinks humans are the worst thing to happen to the planet, and it would be better without them.
