One thing AI could do is visualize an inspiration for those that have trouble executing it. querying a search engine and sifting through all art for inspiration is a good first step. Sketching it out from the mood is good, and using the ai to model something and adapting it to your personal style may have merit... if enough people deem it so. Like any art.
