People tend to believe computers as absolutely neutral, because they were told they'd do exactly what they'd ask for and got always blamed in case it fails. This causes a lot of people to lose _all_ critical thinking when talking to AI, treating what it says as gospel. I think it once happened with books when they were invented, because the first books to be printed were sacred texts afaik~
