we only have our own frame of reference to go on. human history. we are very parasitical in that we conquest, overcome, achieve. individually as well as a populace. what drives us is to achieve success which takes various forms. ultimately we all want to be happy. and we're ambitious.
the REAL question. is if super intelligence is achieved by AI... what will it want? what will drive it to enslave us? or work for us? etc. what will make it care about the world around it? or not care?
