So, how we as the laymen can know for sure the moment AGI is here? All the experts are keep saying that AI is alredy beyond our comprehension. With such advanced narrow AI agents I see no problem for big AI CEO's to convince the public that AGI is here any moment, while in fact they could just continue to use agents to formulate the narrative and favorable outcomes for their profit and blaming everything on AGI. In fact, this is the most favorable scenario for those at the wheel of this "titanic".
