25 years experience here since late 1990s. C++, Java, bla bla. I have been able to deploy websites in SECONDS with AI, full cart, all that nonsense. IDE auto compile and deploy? Yep. If you're an advanced person (never master, NEVER, you can always learn more!), you can orchestrate your tools to perform some very high level work and are only limited to your knowledge of how said tools work. You WILL stumble, and it takes TIME to figure out the api calls, getting around limitations of going 100% local in house with DB and servers (my set up) or hybrid cloud approach on prem DB, cloud servers......ooooh wee hot mess. It's not just coding either, crypto 'smart contracts'. parsing data from snowtrace - I'll leave that alone as that's a complex topic.
Where does that leave us? I don't know yet, I really don't. However, I wrote a simple tetris game in excel using AI lol...runs like trash but whatever. Some asshat is going to come along with some nonsense "Tell me about AI without telling me you know about ai" or "bah bah bah, 360 no scope ur mom'. Go and do something, make something would ya?
