There would've been no Picasso's vision and style and no matter for how long you would've tried to put your prompt in to get "Picasso" work - it would've never come up
If Picasso couldn't paint and, for whatever reason, only thing he could do is to use AI - we would've lived in a universe where there's no "Picasso" aka no where to steal his "style" from, in no way to generate it, because ai can not create anything from nothing
