Ive searched multiple drs for multiple years (18 to be exact) and JUST got a proper medical diagnosis. I may actually lean to ai for something like diagnosis... but you still need drs to test to confirm. So even if its wrong, you'd still have to see whatever practioner for a more specified diagnosis thru testing.
