AI is overrated and the abject destruction of environmental and human resources aren't being discussed or questioned enough, never mind being underrated. What a surprise to me that intentional Humanity Affirming Self Care would be needed just because I'm interested in public policy. I liked it better when the recreational part of my day that involves fun physical movement and conversations was all the self care I needed without even being aware it was self care or so essential to staying sane and promting my sense of humanity.
