The human AI programmers still program the AI's. The programmers are subject to judgement. Always bad and abusive use of technologies and scientific researches. Technocrats must be also scrutinised. They can abuse the political system. The recent Covid 19 vaccines showed the negative phenomenon of ever increasing adherance of the government officials with the Big Pharma. We have the power to refuse any abusive uses. We can still live off the grid ok.
