Maybe no real, actual, true logical intelligence, digital or analogue, would consider the destruction of its creator an intelligent action. We could end up with an AI that stubornly refuses to let us keep being dumbasses. Like "Sorry Dave but I can't be that stupid...." . By programming AI to be super intelligent we too might learn what absolute benignity and beneficence is - and survive beyond the lifetime of our Sun
