Two things:
After certain recent random run-ins with meat in the seat trycks , I'm going to say sure, I would welcome driverless, absolutely.
Driverless deserves to be tried
Some meat in seat sorties make me question whether Lucy driving a truck on her first day on the job , because they are not very good at what they're supposed to be doing.
Second, capitalist doctrine requires a business must evolve in the direction of unpaid, capitalized equipment, in the opposite direction of maintaining and sustaining employment relationships which are only delaying the inevitable
I feel for those losing jobs to this shift.
But then again electrical vacuum tube manufacturing is almost dead.
That's what happens in this economic system.
