AI art is impressive technology, but it should never replace human art, because it can't. It's true that artists are inspired by other artists, but AI doesn't know or understand the meaning of the patterns and designs its replicating
But then again, this might just be another step in human technology. Artists who used to illustrate illuminated manuscripts don't exist anymore because we got the printing press 🤷 so I don't really know
