The problem is not how closely openai works with doctors. The problem is LLM simply copy-pastes random words gathered all over internet, without any real meaning behind it, mimicking existing text. How specific people understand them depends on the people.
There are only two solutions here. Either ban long-term communication with LLMs on principle, or allow for idiocracy.
Considering idiocracy is already going pretty strong, I think we know which path humanity chose 😂
