You as an artist do not have Universal, Sony or Warner music that would sue anyone infringing on their IP. But mind you, those big labels are also universally hated for taking music away from artists and make it corporate property. So it goes both ways. I guess the solution is to put a huge repeating overlay on anything you post online, just like stock photo sites do, because nobody is going to stop doing this - the tools are free and easy to use. You talk about people releasing trained checkpoints on your material, but even without that - anyone can take your images and train their own checkpoints- it is that very simple and requires zero knowledge. But also, you are aiming your anger at what mostly are 16 year old kids with zero ideas how world works, while corporate sites like deviantart or artstation can't wait to include AI art, so they can double their subscribers. Maybe you should really aim your anger a them, no? The 16 year old kids will jump at something new as soon as it appears and forget about Ai art - give it a year or so.
