If it takes the same time to do what you do on paper to computer when you have countless features that would speed up the process. Next is your use of AI your meant to use AI to inspire your creations by creating prompts and then using the result as a inspiration on what to draw next. Think of generative AI like making a prototype of a video game you then refine it once its done but i would expect an actual artist to know how to refine something. Not some pretender who most likely learned to draw anime characters from a number of templates. Hell your character at the end you really suck at shadows just look at the hairline shadow on the face how the shadow is flat yet the hair clearly has cuts in it would reflect that shadow. Or the fact that the shoulders have a shadow line it cant be a bra strap because the clothing does not look very transparent. Just goes to show your not very good at what you do.
