With a good prompt telling the LLM to not be sychophantic and to challenge you if needed, one can actually got some decent generic advice.
It's not $100/hr. Take the response with a grain of salt, as one should even with a human therapist.
Would not recommend for those with severe psychological issues such as paranoia, schizophrenia or psychosis.
