I would disagree on that it adds any risk of "Skynet" attack. It's risky for the civilians that get caught in the middle, AND it's highly impractical. The problem with drone strikes is of intelligence matter, actually. The thing is when they send the fighterjets, they have much more intel (simply for them to be safer). Autonomous machines would bring a whole new array of issues.
