When i first heard of AI art as an artist i was inreguiged. I did lengthy reseach on it and only focused on how the creaters felt about it when they desgined and made this technology, i thouhgt it was pretty cool. And as an artist i didnt know why people were so upset. Until soneone raised copyright to me. Thats when i realised, that the infor the AI is getting comes from somewhere. And that somehwere is a real artist who spent time and money and years imporving their work. Thats when i knew i could never support this technology, not when it uses real humans and their work, and profits off of it, by meshing images togther. Truly devestating.
