AI can't understand it's own creations. It can't innovate or even recognise the intent in the images it's learning from. It's hard to even call LLMs AI when they're so clearly not intelligent. So long as what we're referring to as AI has no comprehension faculty, it will be a novelty or a tool for artists and the applications where people get replaced will be bottom of the barrel stuff.
Other industries should be far more concerned.
