Tokenize, pattern match, predict - barenones of what LLMs do.
It can appear to "think" - but it is only predicting tokens based on the training.
That means - all of it's predictions will necessarily be based on what it "knows" (ie, pattern matched)
It cannot predict if it is unable to match the pattern. Humans can.
