You need to either have some special understanding of how these Waymo cars are programmed or make a some assumptions to decide that the car cut the other one off. If possible I would think that Waymo would want their cars to share a variety of information with each other and communicate when nearby. Is it possible that the car that went first either had a passenger or had been called to pick one up while the other car was just moving to another location? There are other nuanced scenarios where it could make sense for the cars to give way to each other based on their priority order. Maybe that’s not the case but if anything this should be a positive example of the cars driving well and not causing a disruption which is the usual reason video of them is shared… im guessing the negative title is just clickbait to get more views.
