There is some good information here, but a lot of it (for now) is unquestioned doomerism. Current AI *cannot* think, and there are no working models today that can. Everything we have now is built on existing internet properties - and they're out of those, pretty much. Word prediction and image approximation cannot be improved into actual intelligence. It's a total do-over scenario -and one we don't actually know HOW to do - for now.
