Face recognition technology is so far off it doesn't matter color like he says. It makes many mistakes no matter what color you are. That's also a Michigan cop. He handled that wisely being Michigan has some of the most corrupt officers and courts in the U.S. they're firm on guilty until proven innocent. Especially if you can't afford a lawyer. Court appointed lawyers do not care or fight for you there . You're literally better off representing yourself there if you can't afford an attorney. Even if you're 100% innocent a court appointed attorney will try to get you to take a plea bargain there. If you can't lawyer up,learn the laws there,if you're innocent take it to trial and skip the arraignment.if you make a good case you can beat it.
