Well with that many people getting fired who would be left to buy the shit AI is producing? Also when the curtain closes and people wake up we will probably have another big revolution like the last time something that game changing happened. A democracy government represents the interests of its people if it represents the interests of a select group of companies then it stops being democratic and as history told us there is only one way to replace a non democratic system, so unless they manifest a way of making people not uncomfortable enough to rebel then there’s no endgame to it
