I would argue that AI is being used for harm, a recent case that happend was with Fehdubs, a brazillian VA who shared her views of AI in general, and the reception of some publics was really negative, they started to theaten her wth sexual assault, even made AI generated images of her naked. That naked AI stuff is a real thing, there's actual websites that provide this service, which is most often done without the person's consent. Making art to harass people is real, but more rare, since it's usually done by toxic artists, but say, one wants to comission an artist for those images, most artists would turn it down, but now, this type of harassment has become much more common.
