Robot Sophia: 'Not a thing' could stop a robot takeover as per your title. i disagree. All we would have to do is shut down the internet and live as we did before al gore created it. land lines, kids outside playing, sending letters through the postal service. yeah they can and would be defeated very easily. as far as the ai that are independent of the internet simple program a virus that would destroy their coding introduced during an upgrade. people seem to over think the simplicity of it all. I believe this is just something the ai creators are saying to keep people interested in ai. free publicity as it were.
