As someone persuing a career in game design i dont really want to do so any more. Ive seen from people in the industry that higher ups are forcing them to use AI in order to improve efficiency. I dont want to make a game without it every detail being made from my own passion and work. Regardless of whether it makes the product worse, it makes the experience for the designers worse, because some people actually persued those careers for their own passion rather than for money.
As someone else said: do we even want to automate art? Even ignoring all the ethics like illegal web scraping and etc, does it actually make us happier? I dont think so personally.
