I'd argue that it might take a certain amount of talent to "sculpt" the prompts that might make something akin to the artists imagining. Maybe some kind of ownership rights should be granted, but perhaps it belongs in a unique legal category.
I tried to use AI to materialize an idea I am not able to draw myself, but I wasn't satisfied with the results even after several attempts to dictate the design.
