I have largely avoided using AI generation for anything.
I have a more abstract style, and at one point during some "art-block" I just took some stuff from an ai image generation app and I used it as the basis for the real work.
Even then I quickly got bored with the piece and found motivation in isomatric illusions (think Penrose Triangle)
