37:25 "they have objectives but we dont even know what they are because we dont specify them" what he means is unsupervised learning, that is when we dont use labeled data to train the ai, the ai model looks for patterns that are inherit within the dataset itself during training, this does not mean that ai models have some secret evil agenda that we dont know.
