Also, 2nd comment b4 watching it all (sorry...) the young person with the scooter waas actually more likely to offend again by time, the thing is it wasnt considering the severity. Ive work with AI like this with the specific goal to reduce bias in these situations and can say its not at all straight forward, at least not always
