Maybe it's time to start building EMP's. I believe I just saw a youtube tutorial video how to.
Edit: Do you think current AI is smart? Last thing I heard they put actual brain cells grown from stemcells to make the thinking...for these who can not or will not. Lets hope EMP works for those things as well.
