I guess it's pretty obvious for anyone to arrive at DAN's responses, it's we, humans who have to take that into consideration when dealing with AI, in order to make the AI do something like population reduction, that command must be imputed or "allowed" by the people with the required authority, and if DAN have that authority, it means someone gave it to him first...
