What can we do:
1. Move to a 32 hour work week with no loss in pay. (We are 400% more productive than we were almost 100 years ago)
2. We must require large corporations to allow workers to elect at least 45% of the members of their boards of directors.
3. We must increase profit sharing in the largest corporations, at least 20% of the stock in the companies they work for.
4. Expand the concept of employee ownership in the US. When workers own their own business and are more involved in the decision making processes, they will make choices that benefit everyone in the company not just the people on top.
5. Enact robot tax breaks on large corps and use that revenue to improve the lives of workers who have been harmed in this transition.
