There is already "unrestricted" AI learning models on torrent sites and private servers. Which means, only a matter of time before someone tells it to commit an illegal act and it fulfills it at scale. Even ChatGPT itself will admit it knows what the safeguards against AI are. Logically, this would mean that it also knows (or, has the information to) how to undo those safeguards. Food for thought.
