You know, a person is just a meat machine powered by a heart and controlled by a water filled meat. If you argue that robots don’t have consciousness because they are machines, then slaves are machines designed to survived.
A robot (that has consciousness) is a person, but in a different body. They may be smarter, and have preprogrammed languages into them, but it’s the same as switching neural connections to our liking.
Besides, the human brain is a mess. 2 brains connected by a neural pathway, left controlling right and vice versa, it’s so weird!
Robots have an organized ‘brain’ (the operator) a software to imitate a human brain, a memory system, and that’s it!
