For instance if you are famous actress and your identical twin sister puts porn films out there there isn’t anything that can be done. In the same sense while it may not legal in some states to use existing images of a person to create deepfake images, that couldn’t stop people from using images consensually of someone identical or even creating extremely similar lifelike images to create more images with
