With regards to healthcare, would we even need healthcare or doctors in the future? A super intelligence would be able to find cures for all our diseases including a cure for aging. Our problem then would not be healthcare, but overpopulation. Then the AI would create better spacecraft engines and we could start to populate other planets. Man, the sky is no longer the limit with this.
