A1 robot is only aš good aš information installed. Therefore it will make mistakes and cause chaos as does present technology. The release of personal data to any body. Lack of attention to scanning / reading the whole of files and reports. Only the front page resulting in things that need doing are not. Children who need transport to school not receiving said transport. Concrete not fit for purpose and disregarded to repairs and or rebuild.
