Really what ai art is doing is eliminating the need for skill at the cost of control. Much like a camera eliminates years of experience an artist would need to paint a subject as close to reality as possible. A camera man similar in nature to a prompter still has control over what it is they're taking a picture of. The fun part of art is the creative element, deciding what it is you want to show, how you want to show it and what story or message you want it to convey. This element remains and is what prompting really is. there will still be a place for artists, humans artists will always have a place and will always be able to do things ai art can't.
