I think it's a great idea if it actually works. Drivers that don't have ice and snow experience might have to look elsewhere for employment because these self driving trucks won't work well in those foul weather conditions. They probably won't work in heavy traffic or tight places. From terminal to terminal it might be just the thing but for the nitty gritty bad weather and common sense you will always need a human. Those human drivers can charge a premium for their effort.
