First, you ever tried opening chatgpt's settings? There's literally a button enabling/disabling using your chats for training. Second, you don't give it any tangible info by venting. All people's mental problems are very generic and don't have any valuable data that can be linked to them in any compromising way. What you actually shouldn't give it is sensitive info as, for example, no chatbots out there are HIPAA-compliant.
